DPDPA for Schools is a dedicated initiative to help Indian schools meet compliance requirements under the DPDP Act, 2023. We simplify complex legal obligations into easy, ready-to-use solutions.

Shivam Garg is the Co-Founder of The LIT App, an AI-powered media management platform that enables DPDPA-compliant, facial recognition-based photo sharing for schools, event managers, and organizations. LIT allows secure and consent-controlled access to media files, ensuring compliance with Indian privacy norms through real-time facial identification and access logging.
Shivam previously contributed to the ROXANNE project, a €15M Horizon 2020 initiative involving 25 partners including INTERPOL, Airbus, and Capgemini. His work focused on ethical AI deployment, GDPR-aligned data governance, and privacy safeguards in multi-modal AI systems for regulated environments.
He also played a pivotal role in KYC Trust, a Corda DLT-based fiduciary data exchange platform, where he led the business model, regulatory benchmarking, and secured a €236K R&D tax rebate from the French Ministry of Research. Shivam’s cross-domain expertise includes GDPR, AML, data privacy frameworks, and the application of AI in compliance-first environments.
He holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.Tech in Computer Science from IP University, Delhi.

An alumnus of Delhi Technological University (DTU) and Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi, Additya brings a strong background in engineering, product strategy, and digital platform development. He began his career in Capgemini’s E.L.I.T.E. program, completing diverse rotations across:

Parents receive their child’s photos directly on their devices.

Each photo is watermarked with the school’s logo for organic promotion.
